Admission Open Playgroup to Class-XI — Students who have passed the examination from an English Medium School are eligible for admission to the next higher class. Students should have attained the age as under for the class to which admission is sought as on 1st April.

School Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure for Classes: Playgroup to IX

The following documents are required at the time of registration:

• Evidence of passing the last class or promotion to the present class.
• Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school (recognized board).
• Medical certificate showing immunization and health records.
• 4 passport size photographs.
• Proof of residence (Ration Card / Voter's ID / Passport).
• Adoption certificate (if applicable).
• Custody certificate in case of divorce/separation.

Admission Procedure for Class XI

• Submit the filled registration form with attested photocopies of Class IX & X mark sheets.
• Provisional marksheets can be accepted if board results are pending.
• Selection list will be displayed based on marks in Class IX & X.

Documents Required for Admission in Class XI

• Attested photocopy of the Board Mark Sheet, Passing & Migration Certificates.
• 4 passport size photographs.
• Conduct and Character Certificate.
• Certificate of School-Based Evaluation (for CBSE foreign students).
• Fee payment to be completed within 7 days of selection.

Withdrawal From School

The school reserves the right to remove the name of any student from the roll for:

• Arrears of fees for more than two months.
• Continuous absence without notice for more than 10 days.
• Irregular attendance or lack of interest in studies.
• Failure in annual examination twice beyond Class IX.
• Misconduct by students or parents.

The school reserves the right to expel any student for immorality, vandalism, or grave misconduct.

Transfer Certificate

• Withdrawal forms are available in the school office and processed within 3 days.
• Duplicate certificates issued only after verification and affidavit (?50 fee).
• Admissions normally made before April each year.
• Seats reserved for management-recommended eligible students.
• No admissions after seats are filled.
